All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through Anthony Travel to insure their place in the 2022 East Coast Showcase – teams found to be in violation of this requirement are subject to disqualification without refund of their entry fee, and will jeopardize their participation in future Richmond Strikers tournaments.

For the 2022 East Coast Showcase Hotel Reservations will only be processed for those teams officially ACCEPTED into the 2022 East Coast Showcase.

By using Anthony Travel as our booking service the Richmond Strikers and the East Coast Showcase can offer our "Act of God" Clause.  Should the event be canceled prior to 6:00 PM day of arrival for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, all unoccupied reservations covered under our "Act of God" will be released at no charge: (1) If event is cancelled prior to 6:00 PM day of check-in, no penalty will be assessed; (2) If event is cancelled AFTER 6:00 PM day of check-in, all reservations are subject to a fee of one night’s room rate plus tax; (3) For occupied rooms, a check-out of 11:00 AM the following day is required to avoid further charges.
